The Embrace Claims Process


With Embrace, it’s easy to file a claim. Our simple claims process ensures that your clients receive their refund as quickly as possible, with minimal effort from you and your staff.

Embrace Director of Claims, Jenna Mahan, fills us in on the process and how it works:

  1. Clients should print their personalized claim form and bring it to the appointment.
  2. The claim form is one page, easy to understand, and does not require a vet signature. Have a staff member complete the claim form at the end of the visit.
  3. A claim can be submitted by the pet parent or hospital staff via fax, email, direct upload to the client’s MyEmbrace account, or snail mail.
  4. The claim is usually processed within 5 business days and payment is typically received in 2 business days via direct deposit (or 7 business days if your client uses paper checks).
