In March 2020, the world as we knew it changed – and Embrace changed with it. Fortunately, our Embracers already had the option to work from home two days a week, so it was a smooth transition. We went fully remote in March of 2020 and reopened the office in the summer of 2021. We are keeping things flexible by allowing, not requiring, Embracers to return to the office.

Attention Registered Veterinary Technicians: If helping pets is your passion but the clinic setting isn’t for you, we have just what you’re looking for. Our claims team processes thousands of claims per week and helps our policyholders get their pets the best care no matter the cost.
Processing claims couldn’t happen without our beloved Claims Admins. This position ensures that claims are set up correctly, that we have what we need to process them, and does the follow-up to get what we need in a timely manner.
