Embrace’s website, the MyEmbrace customer account, and all other web platforms are supported on all modern and up-to-date browsers, including, but not limited to: Google Chrome – Get the Latest Version Apple Safari – Get the Latest Version Microsoft Edge – Get the Latest Version Mozilla Firefox – Get the Latest Version If you’re using the most updated version of a supported browser and still experience issues with our site or MyEmbrace, please clear your browser’s cache – here’s how: for Chrome, Safari Desktop, Safari Mobile, Edge, and Firefox. If clearing your cache doesn’t work, please email a detailed description of what you are experiencing to hello@embracepetinsurance.com.

In an effort to give our pet parents the best experience and prioritize security and safety, we no longer support our platforms on outdated and unsupported browsers.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Embrace is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
