MyEmbrace (desktop or mobile): Your billing information can be updated by selecting My Payment Settings in Quick Links on the main screen.

Embrace Pet Insurance Mobile App: Your billing information can be updated by selecting PAYMENTS on the main screen.

If you need to change from a bank account to a credit card or vice versa, please contact us.

You can modify your coverage through MyEmbrace and the Embrace Pet Insurance mobile app. At this time, you may only reduce your coverage online. If you would like to increase coverage, please contact us

MyEmbrace (desktop or mobile): Select Add New Pet from the main screen and fill in the requested information to get a quote. From there you can review coverage options, make a selection, and finalize the update. We’ll send new policy documents to you via email.

Embrace Pet Insurance Mobile App: Select Add Pet from the main screen or from the My Pets screen. Fill in the requested information to get a quote, review coverage options, make a selection, and finalize the update to your policy. Once added, we’ll send new policy documents via email.

If your pet isn’t yet spayed/neutered, please do not select “Yes” when adding them. Once they have been spayed/neutered, please contact us and our Customer Care Team can update that for you.
Your policy will renew automatically on the one-year anniversary of your start date. Policies cannot be renewed early.
We’d hate to see you go, but if pet insurance isn’t the right fit for you, canceling is easy. Please contact us via email or phone to cancel your policy. Any unused premium will be refunded to the payment method on file.

To submit your claims online, please have one claim form for each pet on the invoice filled out by someone from your vet’s office and a copy of the complete invoice (including tax, shipping, and/or discounts).

MyEmbrace (desktop or mobile): Select the Submit a Claim button on the main screen and upload the required documents. If you have supporting doctor’s notes or additional documents, please send those through the Submit Documents section in Quick Links.
