What does the full coverage plan cover?

Full coverage means that all accidents and illnesses are covered (except those that are pre-existing) including the following:

How much does the full coverage plan reimburse?

Since Embrace has a customizable pet insurance plan, you can choose your level of reimbursement.  You can be reimbursed up to the annual maximum you select when purchasing your policy.  Annual maximums can be customized between $5,000 and $15,000.

In addition to the annual maximum each pet has a lifetime maximum of $50,000 in reimbursement.

Which pets are eligible for full coverage with Embrace?

Most cats and dogs are eligible for full coverage with Embrace.

If your pet falls into any of the following categories then Embrace provides full coverage for that pet:

  • Mixed breed dogs (including hybrids) aged 8 or younger
  • Purebreed dogs aged 6 or younger
  • Mixed breed cats aged 10 or younger
  • Purebreed cats aged 8 or younger
  • AND your pet has not been diagnosed with or showing symptoms of diabetes or Cushing's disease

Additionally each pet you are insuring must have visited a vet within the past 12 months before your coverage can start.
