Tracy Libby

Tracy Libby is an award-winning writer and photographer whose work has won multiple awards from the Dog Writers Association of America and the Alliance of Purebred Dog Writers.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon  and has been writing about pet care for 23 years. Her articles have appeared in most mainstream magazines including Modern Dog, Dog Fancy, Dog World, Puppies USA, Dogs USA, and the AKC Gazette. 

Tracy has also authored several books about dogs, including ‘The Rescued Dog Problem Solver”, “Reporting for Duty: True Stories of Wounded Veterans and Their Service Dogs”, “The Ultimate Guide to Puppy Care and Training”, and more.

She lives in Oregon with her husband, five cats, and five Australian Shepherds. She has been involved in the sport of dogs for 28 years, exhibiting her Aussies in agility, conformation, and obedience.
