Background
Shayna had a terribly upset stomach. She had no appetite and bloody diarrhea. Her parents rushed her to the veterinary ER.
Shayna was hospitalized for two days with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. While hospitalized she received IV fluids, antibiotics, and around-the-clock nursing and medical care.
Shayna also required follow-up care that her Embrace policy covered.
Shayna's parents say I've certainly told every pet owner I know about Embrace, and how grateful we are for the assistance Embrace provided. After her gastroenteritis, she had an episode of gastritis and then injured a leg, and Embrace assisted with both. I'm glad to report that Shayna is doing just fine now.

Because Embrace plans are customizable Shayna's parents opted for a co-pay of 10%. And because Shayna's plan has an annual deductible then future claims will have only a co-pay once she reaches the deductible.
