Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan

Embrace Wellness Rewards are very flexible and help you pay for regular visits to your veterinarian. Wellness Rewards are offered through the Embrace Pet Community in partnership with Embrace Pet Insurance.

The Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan is a stand-alone routine care plan. Wellness Rewards is not insurance; it’s more like a $200 allowance that you can spend towards any of the following wellness care items:

• Visits to your veterinarian
• Spaying or neutering
• Vaccinations or titers
• Routine diagnostic tests
• Flea, tick, and heartworm medications
• Dental cleaning

You can choose any combination from the rewards above, up to your annual limit of $200. Wellness plans accompany your insurance policy and are priced at $14.95 (monthly) or $149.00 (annual).

Flexible and Easy-to-use

Using the Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan is easy! There is no deductible, no co-pay, and no waiting period. You can start using it the day you sign up.

Best of all there are no category limits like other wellness options from other companies.

Billing and Refunds

When you add the Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan to your Embrace insurance policy, you will see an additional charge from the Embrace Pet Community for the wellness plan. You may pay on a monthly or annual basis for your Wellness Rewards Plan, just the same as your Embrace Pet Insurance policy. If you cancel your Wellness Rewards Plan during the year, we will refund you the unused amount of your Wellness fees minus any Rewards benefits paid out.

Call (800) 511-9172 to make any changes or cancel your Wellness Rewards or your Embrace Pet Insurance plans. If you do cancel your Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan in the middle of the year, you may not be able to sign up for it again later.
