Updating or Changing Pets
You have just one policy with Embrace but on your policy you can have one or more pets. This makes managing your Embrace policy much easier.
Having all of your pets on one policy means that their coverage always starts and ends on the same date so you're less likely to have gaps in coverage. Keeping pets together also means you are only billed once per month or per year instead of at different times for different pets.
Adding a Pet
Welcoming a new addition to your family? Then just give us a call at (800) 511-9172 from 8:30am to 8pm eastern Mon - Fri and we'll go over your quote incorporating your new cat or dog. We'll also automatically apply your multi-pet discount.
Once you approve the quote we'll issue you a new certificate reflecting your updated coverage and charge your payment method on file to match your policy premium to your quote.
Removing a Pet
If you wish to remove a pet from your policy then give us a call at (800) 511-9172 from 8:30am to 8pm eastern Mon - Fri.
If you are removing the only pet on your policy then we will also cancel your policy. If you are removing one pet from a policy with multiple pets then we'll adjust your policy and billing and issue you a new insurance certificate without the removed pet.
Updating a Pet's Information
If your cat or dog is recently spayed or neutered we'll be glad to apply the relevant discount. E-mail your updated pet information to email@example.com and we'll apply any discounts, adjust your billing and issue any credits where necessary, and issue you an updated certificate.
