How to Sign Up

Currently you can only sign up over the phone but it only takes a few minutes. Call our Customer Care Embracers at (800) 511-9172 from 8:30am to 6pm eastern.

Information We Require

We will need to collect information about the bank account into which you would like your claim refund deposited. We need:

• Bank Routing Number
• Bank Account Number
• Type of Account (checking or savings)

You can find these numbers by looking on a check as shown in the picture below.
