Canceling Your Policy
We hate to see customers leave but we always honor your request to cancel a policy.
You can notify us in person either by phone or in writing that you wish to cancel your policy. We will issue you a refund of any unused premium to the credit card or bank account you have on file with us. If you have an Embrace Wellness Rewards plan and you have made a claim on it then you will not receive a refund.
