Billing & Payment

At Embrace you can pay your premiums conveniently via credit card or electronic checking. The majority of our customers choose to pay monthly but paying upfront each year earns you a discount on your premium.

Update Your Billing Information

Whether it's because you've moved, had your credit card stolen, or closed an account down, interrupting your premium payments could put your pet's coverage at risk.

We are available Mon-Fri 8:30am to 8pm EST and Sat 9am to 1pm EST to receive updated payment information from you. Soon you will be able to update this information online.

Changing Your Billing Method

You can change from credit card to electronic checking or vice versa.

Your Credit Card Has Expired

You will receive an e-mail from Embrace if your credit card has expired. To update your information just give us a call at (800) 511-9172.

If we are unable to charge your credit card and process your premium payment then your policy is at risk of being canceled.

Insufficient Funds

Sometimes you don't realize your credit card is at its limit or that there are insufficient funds in your checking account. In this case we cannot process your premium payment from your credit card or electronic checking account.

We will notify you via e-mail if we are having trouble charging your payment method. If we are unable to process your premium payment then your policy is at risk of being canceled.

If your payment method is electronic checking and there are insufficient funds in your account to process your premium payment, Embrace passes on the bank fee charged us to you (currently $6). We may waive this fee at our discretion.
