We Train To Be Different

Well, it's easy for us to say we're different, but what do we do that's different? To start with, our Customer Care Representatives (or Customer Care Embracers as we call them) spend a lot of time training, on and off the phone.

Although some call centers want people to spend all their time on the phone, at Embrace our staff understand the importance of reviewing call notes, figuring out what they could've done better, then planning how to put that into action.

And to work at Embrace you must be a pet lover because we believe that's the only way you can empathize with pet parents' concerns.

Expertise from the Top Down

Actuaries have as much training in finance and insurance as doctors do in medicine. They literally spend years of their lives training to be good at numbers and insurance! Sad isn't it.

Embrace's CEO Laura Bennett is a fully qualified life and health actuary which means she knows a ton about insurance. In fact, she may be the only pet insurance actuary in the United States.

Laura spends a lot of time educating and training everyone at Embrace. We strive to be a cut above the rest.
